Class plan outline guide

Hello! This should help you out with your color group class plan. Either if you don't know where to start or just need some organization done. :) I want to keep the introduction short and sweet so if you have any questions after looking through the outline either email me or message me on Ourworld. I much rather have you email me back since there's no filter.

One last note! I will be adding comments and explaining some things in the outline. If you get confused, don't worry! I will send another copy that's clean and doesn't have any comments of mine so you can understand on how to organize it more clearly.

(Your color group) - Choose a name. Example ~ Green Woodlen = The Woodlen group (green)

*You can be as creative as you wish! Please be appropriate though.

Classes: Please include a minimum of 3 classes. Make sure to write a description for each class. (Doesn't have to be super long and detailed. Give the basic idea that's understandable. If you want to go long and detailed, you're welcome to do so.) Even though you may choose the classes to create the class environment, please see the site for details on classes. It's very important! Here's the link to save you time: http://thecolorsclub.wix.com/the-colors-club#!hiring/c1vmx

*Schedule*

Dates and time: Can have 2 days maximum for now. (Days of the week) Monday Tuesday Wednesday etc... Make sure to include your timezone as well! Also I know you're tempted to pick a weekend day but please be reasonable and sacrifice some comfort. I know there's school on the other days of the week but if you're able to finish all of your homework on a Monday usually for example, and have free time after then please try to have it on a Monday! Leave the weekend days for the really busy people. For example, I am a junior in highschool so I get a ton of work and can't really predict when I won't have a lot of homework on a normal week day. So I will be taking Saturday. Of course two - three color groups can both take a Saturday if they're going to have spaced out times. Like for example, green group will be in the morning and then pink group will be during the middle of the day and yellow group will be a night class on Saturday. If a weekend day works best for you then go for it! I am so sorry if I confused anyone there, it's a mouthful. I just want to make sure you guys get all the details ok.

How to set it up:

~The week day/days

~At what time school starts (Once again, include your timezone)

~At what time school ends

~Include your classes in order. From start to finish. Please put a dash and the number of minutes each class is worth. This should be able to help with when school ends.

Example: Creative arts - 45 minutes

                Biology - 30 minutes

*NOTE - If you have a different method in mind, please share and use that one instead! I will let you know if it's reasonable.

~Overall amount of time spent in school. (Hint - add all of the minutes from each class)

These are the basics I need to know ^ Feel free to make notes and change anything that you don't like. But that means be reasonable and wise about it. If the outline so far will keep you and your color group organized then please stick with it for the time being. You're always welcome to change it in the future when you have more experience!

Ok this part is important. After you're done with the outline, please include any ideas that you have that weren't expressed in the outline so far above. By that I mean, if you want to talk about the class's purpose, their environment, the type of people that fit into this group, dorms, hang outs, meetings, events, clubs, etc. Any ideas that you want to express and include please share! The more ideas you have the more passion, hard work, and creativity you show which is what's needed for the job.

I will most likely contact you and see how you're doing with the plan and make sure that all of your questions have been answered.

I will reply with any updates as soon as I read through your outline.

Like I said, please contact me if you want to talk and know more!

Sincerely, Kiki the school director
